JC CURE ZBP
JC CURE ZBP is a Dithiophosphate Nitrosamine free cross linking system which shows synergistic effects with accelerators like Thiazoles and Sulfenamide. It is a non-staining speciality accelerator for rapid vulcanization of EPDM and other diene rubbers like NR, SBR & NBR. It helps to reduce cycle time and lowers rejection rate which provide clear savings in the production process. Vulcanized materials manufactured using JC CURE ZBP are resistant to thermal ageing. Hence, shelf life of the component can be extended.
