JC CaO-TL (Calcium Oxide - Special Additive Treated)

JC CaO-TL is coated with special additive which helps in processing ability and improves the flow at the time of compounding which lead to smoother surface. More than 75% loading is possible with the use of JC CaO-TL for desiccant master batch. By addition of JC CaO-TL, it will act slowly but gradually it will speed up the reaction process. It can be effectively used in reprocessing of thermoplastic materials.

JC CaO-TL is made from soft stone with advance calcination technology which results in high surface area and high activity. Due to the special surface coating, there will not be any unintended reaction with humidity.

Ease of plastic masterbatches: In plastic masterbatches, good dispersion is essential in preventing sieve chocking which occurs when the pores in a sieve become clogged with particles from a poorly dispersed material, preventing it from passing through the sieve. JC CaO-TL is a surface treated with a special dispersion additive that improves the dispersion & overcomes the chocking problem. Enhanced dispersion also reduces shear force & mixing time which results in power & time saving.
