Mode of Action:
Treatment of 325 mesh JAYSULF-98 imparts wetting properties that improves Sulphur dispersion in water using a ball mill, bead mill or other suitable apparatus and is particularly suitable for vulcanization of synthetic and natural rubber latex.
Advantage:
In the preparation of fine milled Sulphur dispersion in water particularly grinding becomes easy, stability of dispersion is enhanced, gloss of the latex product improves. Enhances vulcanizing efficiency, minimizes the defects like particle inclusions in latex products.
Application:
It is useful in the production of industrial gloves, rubber threads, molded foam, for thin and transparent latex products like gloves for medical application, balloons, condoms etc.
