JC CaO-T (Calcium Oxide - Surface Treated)
JC CaO-T is made from soft stone with advance calcination technology which results in high surface area, high activity and low Iron content. Special surface coating enhances the dispersion in rubber and plastic applications. There will be not any unintended reaction with humidity. JC CaO-T is preferably used in extrusion compounds which have to be cured continuously in vulcanizing systems like fluidized beds, salt baths OR in UHF curing process like micro wave units and hot air tunnels, also used in the foamed compounds to improve the cell structure and surface finish of the end product. It is an excellent desiccant for plastic & plastic master batches.
Packing Size: 1kg X 20pack/Bag OR 10kg X 2pack/Bag

Applications
Advantages
JC CaO-T is preferably used in extrusion compounds which have to be cured continuously either in open air, like (fluid beds, salt baths) or in UHF curing process like (micro wave units, and hot air channels), also used in the foamed compounds to improve the cell structure and surface finish of the end product. It can be effectively used in reprocessing of thermoplastic materials.
